The Rockford Area Crime Stoppers organization is pleased to make available college scholarship awards to eligible students.
The purpose of these scholarships is to foster greater interest in the criminal justice system toward the enhancement of local law enforcement by encouraging local students to act on their interest in the criminal justice system through the secondary educational program. These awards are made possible by the many generous donations of local citizens to our program and through the cooperation of our local crime prevention officials and organizations.
The Rockford Area Crime Stoppers organization is
excited to be offering a significant block of funds
through an annual grants program available to law
enforcement entities within Winnebago County.
The purpose of the Impact Grants Program is to aid
law enforcement organizations in securing equipment,
training, or other capital assets that will be used
toward preventing, solving or in some way impacting
the commission of crime in Winnebago County.
Funding for the Crime Stoppers Impact Grants Program
has been made possible by the many generous donations
and contributions to our organization and through the
cooperation of the very same local law enforcement
officials whom might benefit from these grants.
